Small tanks, bold beer.

Everything we sell is brewed in Falmouth and poured a few steps from the fermenters. A dozen taps, four year-round regulars, and a rotating guest list.

The taproom

Drink it where we brew it

Our taproom sits right beside the tanks. Order at the bar from twelve taps, bring the dog, and ask the crew what is new in the cellar this month.

Who we are

Meet the founders

Danny and Ruth worked the same brew deck for years, swapping recipe ideas over lunch, until the arguments were good enough to fund a brewery of their own.

Danny writes the recipes and tends the tanks. Ruth runs the cellar and the bar and keeps every packaging run on schedule. At least one of them is always in the taproom.

From the brewhouse

Malt, hops, water, patience

Our process
Ripe barley ready for malting

The malt

Pale and crystal malts from small maltings, kept to a short grain bill so you can taste each one.

A hand holding fresh green hop cones

The hops

Whole-cone and pellet hops, weighed fresh each brew day and added while the wort is still hot.

The mash mixer stirring inside the brewhouse

The tanks

Six fermenters on our own floor. Nothing is contract brewed, every batch is made here.

Kind words

Heard across the bar

A pale ale and a stout raised in a toast at the taproom
Every can carries a real packaged-on date, so I can tell customers exactly how fresh it is.

MARA JENKINS

Bottle shop buyer

Two craft beers being toasted over a wooden bar
They suggested the right beer for my smoked menu on my first visit, and it worked perfectly.
